People in certain areas are are starving and dying of thirst and will ultimately be overcome by various diseases caused by the contamination of their fellow human beings bodies that are being found hourly in a decaying state, too numerous for the survivors to dispose of.

Lobby your politicians to send troops, that is what is needed.
